Collect within 30 minutes of being called to keep your place. The vendor then holds it for up to 4 hours. Uncollected orders aren’t refunded.

Dishes, prices and preparation times are set by the vendor, not by BoboQ.
A vendor can change a price or sell out at any time. Your total — including tax and BoboQ’s fee, where they apply — is confirmed at checkout, before you pay it.
